Inclusion Criteria: * Major Depressive Disorder * Dysthymic Disorder * Depressive Disorder NOS * Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) * Generalized Anxiety Disorder * Panic Disorder * Anxiety Disorder NOS * Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) * Social Phobia Exclusion Criteria: * Bipolar Disorder * Schizophrenia * Schizoaffective Disorder * Previous pharmacogenomic testing
