This study examines the role of polymorphisms (genetic variations) in the ATP6V1 gene of the V-ATPase enzyme in the development of incomplete distal renal tubular acidosis. It enrolled people who had one or more episodes of kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) and used a test that measures urinary acidification. It was carried out as a study without an assigned phase and has been completed.
