This observational study examines the clinical outcomes of patients who received Tacrolimus-based immunosuppression after liver transplant. Patients aged 20 to 65 who had a living-donor liver transplant between 2008 and 2017 and had consented to genetic study in earlier research were included. This was a phase-not-applicable study and has been completed.
