Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* adults (\> 21 years)
* diagnosed with chronic HF Stage C
* able to communicate in English

Exclusion Criteria:

* uncorrected visual impairment
* major neurological disease (e.g., Alzheimer disease, Parkinson's disease)
* major psychiatric disease (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disease)
