This study examines how the effect of Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI) therapy on the kidney can be monitored in urine after briefly pausing the treatment in people with cystic fibrosis. Adults older than 17 with cystic fibrosis and normal kidney function may take part. It is a non-phase study and is currently enrolling participants.

Inclusion Criteria: * Adult (age \>17 years) CF patients. * Normal kidney function estimated by eGFR\>90. * Adults capable of understanding and voluntarily consenting. Exclusion Criteria: * Critical acute illness. * Severe lung disease (ppFEV1\<40%). * Adults not capable of understanding and voluntarily consenting.
