* Diagnosis of HeFH or premature CAD

Exclusion Criteria:

* Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia
* Active or history of chronic liver disease
* Current treatment with PCSK9 inhibitor or prior treatment within specified timeframe
* Clinically significant or abnormal laboratory values as defined by the protocol
