Inclusion Criteria:

* Patients of both sexes with leprosy.
* Age above 18 years.
* patients on multidrug therapy of leprosy.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patients with other dermatological disease.
* Patients with leprosy reaction.
* Pregnancy and lactation.
* Patients with autoimmune disease.
