This study investigates the mechanisms behind airway basal cell dysfunction and possible targeted treatments in patients with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (a lung disease involving narrowing of the small airways). It includes patients who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and been diagnosed with this syndrome. It is a study without an assigned phase and enrolls participants by invitation.

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients who have received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and are diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome Exclusion Criteria: * Bronchoscopy consultation is not suitable for patients who are not suitable for bronchoscopy.
