This study aims to build and evaluate an early warning system for organ damage based on multi-omics data in cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Cancer patients receiving this immunotherapy may take part, with their treatment monitored and samples collected. This is a study without a clinical phase and is currently recruiting participants.

Inclusion Criteria: · Patients with cancer who are receiving immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. Exclusion Criteria: * Active phase of severe autoimmune disease. * Severe organ dysfunction. * Presence of active infection. * Pregnancy or lactation. * Allergy to drug components.
