This study investigates neurobiological and genomic markers that might predict relapse (the return of symptoms) in depression (major depressive disorder). Participants are treated with antidepressant medications; the study enrolls outpatients diagnosed with major depressive disorder per DSM-5-TR who have been drug-free for at least one week. It is a study with no assigned phase and is currently recruiting participants.

Inclusion Criteria: * Outpatients * For patients, satisfying Major Depressive Disorder for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5-TR) * Drug-free for at least 1-week Exclusion Criteria: * Any neurological and psychiatric comorbid conditions * Hearing loss * Physical diseases
