This study examined the iCAT approach based on tumor profiling in recurrent, refractory, or high-risk pediatric solid tumors (excluding brain tumors). It included patients with histologically proven malignancy at diagnosis or recurrence who had sufficient tumor specimen for profiling. The study was carried out as a non-phase study and has been completed.

Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of recurrent, refractory of high risk pediatric solid tumor (excluding brain tumor) * Histologic proof of malignancy at the time of diagnosis or recurrence * Sufficient tumor specimen available for profiling from diagnosis or recurrence, or surgery/biopsy planned for clinical care Exclusion Criteria: * Brain tumors
