Inclusion Criteria:

* Diagnosis of HER2 positive breast cancer
* Adjuvant treatment with trastuzumab

Exclusion Criteria:

* Left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) \<50%
* Chronic or persistent atrial fibrillation
* History of moderate or severe valvular heart disease.
