This study looks at using the drug Olaparib on its own as maintenance treatment in patients with platinum-sensitive, relapsed ovarian cancer who do not carry a germline BRCA mutation (non-gBRCAm). Women who have completed at least two courses of platinum-based therapy and have high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian cancer may take part. The study was conducted in Phase 3 and has been completed.
