This study investigates signaling pathways in colorectal cancer patients in Egypt by examining markers such as TIGAR, TRIM59, P53, AKT and GSH in tissue samples. Patients with histologically confirmed early-stage colorectal cancer, as well as at-risk patients (including those with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or familial adenomatous polyposis), may take part. It was run as a study with no assigned phase and has been completed.

Inclusion Criteria: * All Patients confirmed histopathologically to have early stages of colorectal cancer. * Risky group patients (including those with ulcerative colitis, chron's disease, familial adenomatous polyposis). Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with previous history of CRC treated with chemotherapy or presence of other types of cancer.
