* CML cases (BCR-ABL1 positive)

Exclusion Criteria:

* Accelerated or blastic crisis
* Atypical CML (BCR-ABL1 negative)
* Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML)
* Pregnant or breastfeeding females.
* Patients with severe organ dysfunction
