This study evaluates the value of autonomic, imaging and genetic markers, followed over time, in predicting the development of Parkinson-related dementia in a group of Parkinson's disease patients. Patients with clinically established Parkinson's disease and onset age between 40 and 70 were included. The study was conducted as a non-phase observational study and has been completed.

Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of "clinically established PD" based on the MDS clinical diagnostic criteria. Age at disease onset will be between 40 and 70. Exclusion Criteria: * severe autonomic dysfunction (as defined in red flag 5a and 5b) will be an exclusion criterion Previous deep brain stimulation is an exclusion criterion.
