This study observes changes in DRD2 gene expression from nasal swab samples in patients with restless legs syndrome (RLS) on prolonged dopamine agonist treatment. People with a clinical diagnosis of RLS who are on ongoing dopamine agonist therapy and can give consent may take part. It is a non-phase study that is currently recruiting.
