Pragmatic Geriatric Assessment Before CAR-T or Bispecific Antibody Therapy to Predict Side Effects and Outcomes in Older Patients (GA-ACT Trial)

CAR-T cell and bispecific antibody (bsAB) therapies are a new option for adults with aggressive lymphoma or plasma cell diseases such as multiple myeloma that could not be cured with less intensive approaches, but little is known about their short- and long-term side effects in older people. This study investigates whether a pragmatic geriatric assessment performed before treatment can help predict side effects and outcomes. It enrolls patients aged 65 or older who are scheduled for CAR-T or bsAB treatment, can give informed consent, and have sufficient knowledge of German or French.

* scheduled for CAR-T-cell or bsAB treatments
* signed informed consent
* sufficient knowledge of the German or French language
