This study used pyrosequencing to examine methylation of the LRP1 gene in patients with colon cancer. It included adult patients with colonic adenocarcinoma treated by surgery at the Reims academic hospital who had not received neoadjuvant treatment and had no familial predisposition to colon cancer. It was a non-phase study and has been completed.
