This study evaluates the effect of interventional procedures (greater occipital nerve pulse radiofrequency and greater occipital nerve block) on blood CGRP and PACAP-38 levels in people with chronic migraine. People over 18 years of age who have been diagnosed with chronic migraine and have given written consent can take part. This is a study with no assigned phase; it is active but not currently recruiting participants.

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Being over 18 years of age 2. Having given written consent 3. Patients diagnosed with chronic migraine Exclusion Criteria: 1. Major psychiatric illness 2. Patients using anticoagulant agents 4\. Patients with infection in the procedure area 5. Patients allergic to local anesthetics 6. Pregnant women 7. Patients with cardiac pacemakers
