1. Being over 18 years of age
2. Having given written consent
3. Patients diagnosed with chronic migraine

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Major psychiatric illness
2. Patients using anticoagulant agents

4\. Patients with infection in the procedure area 5. Patients allergic to local anesthetics 6. Pregnant women 7. Patients with cardiac pacemakers
