* Patients presenting with a neurodegenerative disorder with cognitive impairment controls (without signs of the disease), matched with sex and age with the patients
* Relatives for the familial cases

Exclusion Criteria:

* Pregnant women
* Minors
* Persons refusing to sign the informed consent
