Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

* Documented hematological, cytogenetic and molecular diagnosis of Philadelphia positive CML
* Imatinib treatment for at least 12 months

Exclusion Criteria:

* Poor compliance to treatment
* identification of gene mutation(s) in the kinase domain of BCR- ABL1.
